Roasted Hatch Chile Dip

Cool and creamy, this Creamy Roasted Hatch Chile Dip is filled with the fresh flavors of lime juice and cilantro, with a bit of heat from roasted hatch chiles!

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 Roasted Hatch Chiles
  • 1 Cup Sour Cream or Mexican Crema
  • 4 oz Cream Cheese
  • 1/4 Cup Chopped Cilantro
  • 1 TBS Lime Juice
  • 2 Garlic Cloves
  • 1/2 TSP Salt
  • 1/8 TSP Cracked Pepper
  • 1 Green Onion

Preparation

  1. Place all ingredients in food processor or blender and pulse until smooth. Add more salt and pepper to taste as needed.
  2. Serve with your favorite chips.
  3. Top with chopped green onions.
