24 Days of Giveaways

We will have a variety of ways to enter so be sure to turn on post notifications by following the steps below. Posts and stories made for our 24 Days of Giveaway are subject to our Giveaway Rules, located on our website. See below for additional terms and conditions.

Please note, at no point during the 24 Days of Giveaway will we ask for your credit card/debit card, bank account or other financial information whatsoever. We will also not contact you from any other or separate accounts other than our Instagram Account. If you are contacted by a separate account claiming to be Cardenas Markets or you are asked to share any financial information, please immediately report the account to Instagram.

This Giveaway uses Instagram, a third-party platform, for digital entries. Official digital entries for Cardenas Markets LLC’s (“Cardenas”, “Cardenas Markets” or “Sponsor”) Giveaway will be available on Cardenas’ Instagram profile through https://www.instagram.com/cardenasmarkets/. During the Giveaway, Cardenas will publish one Instagram post or story each day, beginning 12/1/2023, and will end on 12/24/2023 (“Giveaway Period.”) To enter into the Giveaway, entrants must, at the time of entry, be a legal resident of the United States, at least thirteen (13) years of age and have a valid Instagram account. Each Instagram story or post published during the Giveaway Period will have its own unique set of rules for entry (i.e. like a post, comment, tag a friend) and a specific prize assigned to said post or story. Each daily post or story will have its unique start time and end time for entry during the Giveaway Period. Entries submitted untimely or outside the guidelines provided by a particular post or story published during the Giveaway Period shall be deemed VOID for that daily post or story. Entry into one specific post or story shall not be deemed as an entry into all or any other posts and stories during the Giveaway Period. Each post or story during the Giveaway Period shall be subject to Cardenas’ official Giveaway Rules, available through https://www.cardenasmarkets.com/giveaway-rules/. Entrant is prohibited from winning more than one prize during the Giveaway Period. Employees of Cardenas Markets LLC, their immediate family members, and sponsors are not eligible to enter into this Giveaway.
