Salmon and Veggies

Everyone is always looking for a delicious healthy recipe with salmon. This recipe is easy to prepare and paired with vegetables and brown rice for your perfect healthy meal.

Serves 4 people
Prep Time 20 mins.


  • 1 lb salmon
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • Fresh parsley
  • ½ lb brown rice, cooked
  • ¼ lb vegetables, sautéed in butter


  1. In a very hot pan pour olive oil and place the salmon already seasoned with salt and pepper with the skin facing down. Sear for 2 minutes. Turn and cook for 2 more minutes. Garnish with sautéed garlic and parsley.
  2. Serve with brown rice and sautéed vegetables in butter.
