Caramel Atole
INGREDIENTS
- 1 qt of cow's milk
- ½ cups of water
- ¼ cup cornstarch
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 1 cup cajeta (caramelized milk)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Preparation
- In a saucepan add the milk and cinnamon and heat.
- Add the cajeta and mix to blend.
- Dissolve the cornstarch in water and pour it into the pot and mix.
- Stir for 5 minutes until thick.
- Pair this atole with Gamesa® Surtido Rico assorted cookies.
