for Cardenas Markets
1. How can I redeem digital coupons? In order to redeem coupons, you first need an account. New users will need to create a new account. Registered users can log in using his/her log-in credentials. An account can be created online or through the Cardenas Markets Mobile App (“App”).
a. Online: Visit our website Cardenasmarkets (https://cardenas-rewards.web.app/) and log in or register for an account. Next, select the desired products and the digital coupons will be automatically applied to your shopping cart.
b. Mobile App: Download the Cardenas Markets App from either the Google Play Store https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.cardenasmarkets or Apple App Store https://apps.apple.com/us/app/cardenas-markets/id6472856161
To redeem digital coupons, browse in-App or online through the available coupons.
When checking out in-person at any Cardenas store https://locations.cardenasmarkets.com/ , use the App to scan your barcode which you can find under “My Card” or enter your phone number in the PIN PAD at cash register to apply relevant coupons to your purchase.
2. How do I download or “clip” digital coupons to my account?
- Digital coupons can be downloaded through our website or mobile App.
- You can visit our website Cardenasmarkets (https://cardenas-rewards.web.app/) or, using your registered account, browse through our available coupons and click “Clip and Save” to apply coupons to your account. Go to your shopping cart at the top right corner and click to see all digital coupons that have been applied to your account.
- In the App, locate the “Coupons” at the footer of the App, select the coupons you want to add to your account and click “Clip and Save.”
- You will be able to view all clipped coupons under “My Card” in the footer of the App . If you decide that you don’t want to have a coupon apply at time of checkout, click on the Trash Can Icon. The coupon will remain available for subsequent visits until its stated expiration date.
3. How many coupons can I clip? Customers can clip as many coupons as available on the App.
4. Can I print the digital coupons and redeem them inside your store? Yes, after logging onto your website account and clipping the desired coupons, you can click the shopping cart icon at the top right corner and view coupons added to your cart and click the printer icon to print your shopping cart with all available coupons.
5. How soon can I redeem a coupon once I have it “clipped” on my account? Coupons are typically active within 10 minutes after your account is successfully registered and your coupon is clipped. It’s important to note that your ability to load a digital coupon may be impacted by connectivity or network issues.
6. How long are coupons available for? When do they expire? How can I confirm expiration dates? The availability and expiration dates of coupons on our App or website vary. To check the expiration date of a coupon, please follow these steps:
- To view on the App of your mobile device, log into your account.
- Navigate to the “Coupons” section on footer of App.
- Locate your coupon.
- Tap on the coupon to view its details, including expiration date. If you encounter any difficulties or cannot find the expiration date, our customer support team is here to assist you at [email protected]
- To view on the Website sign in Cardenasmarkets (https://cardenas-rewards.web.app/)
- Log into your registered account
- Click “Coupons” and place your mouse over an item, a popup screen will appear, click “Quick View” and the details for the coupon will show the expiration date.
7. How can I see that a coupon was deducted from my purchase? You can see the coupon discount on their receipt at time of checkout. You will not be able to confirm via the App or online.
8. Can I get a refund if a coupon does not deduct from the purchase? Can I get a raincheck?
- If a coupon does not deduct, immediately contact our customer support at [email protected] for assistance. All digital coupons should be valid, active, and clipped to the user’s account on the App in order to qualify for a refund.
- We do not give rainchecks on digital coupons

10. How do I remove or delete digital coupons without spending or redeeming the digital coupon?
- On the App, navigate to the “Coupons” section and select “UNCLIP”. By performing this action, the coupon will be removed without being redeemed. You can also view the “My Card” section to view all clipped coupons for your account. If you decide not to apply a clipped coupon at checkout, simply click on the Trash Can Icon and the coupon will not be used and will remain available until its expiration date.
- On the website Cardenasmarkets (https://cardenas-rewards.web.app/), please access your account and click on the “UNCLIP” button. The coupon will be removed from your account, but remain available until the expiration date.
11. Can I load my coupon on another customer’s account? No, digital coupons are non-transferable and can only be loaded onto the account associated with the customer who downloaded them. The majority of offers can be loaded solely once per account.
12. Can digital coupons be used at another chain or in a different state? Our digital coupons are usually valid within the specific region or state where they were issued. Redemption policies may differ for cross-state or enterprise-wide use, so we recommend checking the terms and conditions for each coupon. However, there are certain national coupons that can be redeemed across different states when available. Always refer to the specific terms associated with each coupon for accurate information.
13. How do I delete my account?
- On the App, you can go to your profile, select “Edit Profile” scroll up and then select “Delete Account”.
- On the website Cardenasmarkets (https://cardenas-rewards.web.app/), log into your registered account. Select your name in the top right corner of the screen. Select “My Account” scroll down to the bottom of the page and read the disclaimer before you select “Delete Account”.
