Cardenas Markets Presents $50,000 to Grand Prize Winner of Cardenas Markets Loteria Scratcher Sweepstakes Tournament
The Company also Presented Free Groceries for a Year to Runner-up
Ontario, California (August 10, 2022) – Cardenas Markets Loteria Scratcher Sweepstakes has concluded, and the company is excited to announce that Hayward, CA resident Maria Antonia G. is the grand prize winner of $50,000!
Team Members from the company’s Hayward location along with mariachis joined Cardenas Markets Chief Marketing Officer Adam Salgado in presenting Maria Antonia with a $50,000 check. The check presentation took place on August 3, 2022, in the parking lot of the company’s store located at 187 Harder Road in Hayward, CA.
During the ceremony Maria Antonia noted that she planned to share her winnings with her family who were also in attendance to partake in the festivities.
Additionally, on July 28, 2022, Communications Director Marisa Kutansky along with local store Team Members presented Perris, CA resident Veronica O. with Free Groceries for a Year in the form of $5,200 in Cardenas Markets gift cards.

The sweepstakes program took place from April 20, 2022, through June 14, 2022, in all 59 Cardenas Markets locations culminating with the virtual Loteria Tournament.
