For over 20 years, the Cardenas family has been perfecting traditional
recipes at their restaurant in Ontario. Now some of those dishes are
available in Corona! Try the Pollo Parillada with Guajillo Salsa and some
hot corn tortillas, or our Huaraches or Burritos de Carne Asada or
hundreds of combinations. Carnitas is a speciality and so is the
Barbacoa. But to make the decision easier, all Cardenas burritos and
tacos are offered with the “meat of your choice”.
